We at LEONI give various kinds of learning opportunity to fresh graduates. This is done in the following forms
We offer internships for students completing courses in engineering sciences or in support functions (sales, finance, etc.)
We have a special program for fresh graduate engineers and post-graduate professionals in which fresh engineers and professionals are recruited from the college and put through a two year of intensive on the job training, covering every department. The objective of this program is to equip resources to take up challenges that may come up and spearhead cohesive working within the organization.
This program is specifically for fresh diploma engineers and other professionals and are hired under the Earn and Learn scheme. These resources work for us through various educational organizations.
Throughout the learning and training phase, resources are given an opportunity to expand their knowledge and put their creative skills to the test. Based on performance, business requirement and other terms and conditions set by organization, these resources may be given an opportunity to become an employee with Leoni.
